We ship to Australia and New Zealand via Australia Post. Choose Standard (3-7 business days AU, 7-10 NZ) or Express (1-3 business days AU, 3-5 NZ). Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, and you'll receive tracking once shipped.
Returns: Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom items are non-refundable unless faulty. To start a return, contact us at hello@charmlinq.com.au. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
